Nice video. Hopefully they buff the unskinned version to compensate for the lack spaced armour, by undoing the mobility nerf etc. Not expecting that to happen though.

I wasn't going to get this tank due to the nerfs over the pc version, but I have free gold so might pick up the unskinned version. Can see it being maddening to play though, especially without the unskinned version being able to play ridge lines effectively, due to lack of armour.

Pretty sure the mobility nerfs are due to the added weight of the spaced Armour. I would expect the unskinned version to have pc mobility.

Though honestly the spaced Armour allows it to play hull down and I'd much rather have that than a marginal Increase in mobility.

Hope you're right but they nerfed the paladins traverse also, so we'll have to wait and see.

As i saw the review, i can properly say it's a mish-mash of heavy/medium attributes. Like a medium that wants to be played like a heavy but only can do proper heavy job in hull-down positions, while still retaining some mobility despite the nerfs.

Can't wait to have it for free next year.

Have it as well, it becomes a love hate relationship with it. one match you hit everything and the next you are lucky to do 1600 damage on 20 shots. still enjoyable to play.

It's working OK except when the gun trolls me, I would have gone for optics but I've got a really good crew in it atm with view range skills and with the tea thrown in it spots well enough thankfully which freed up the slot.

I haven't done one for the 4202p yet, but I can aim to do that next if you want as I do own the tank, and it's eligible to use for the Chisel contract too so its on my list of tanks that I'll be using for a while.

Agreed, it really does. Worst moment for me so far has been shooting a low hp Machine in the side. My shell (APCR) was eaten by the top of the track, didn't even break it, and then the Machine charged me and clipped me. Wasn't pleased. Shortly after had a game where I farmed all of a waffles HP with HESH as every shot hit.

I've got the Fv in the store for just under 4000gold, just wondering if it's worth it.

I'm using the snakebite crew in the inferno, might change for vents, see how that goes

Thanks for another straightforward review! I really like how streamlined your reviews are and to the point. Not 30-minute diatribes about how the game is becoming pay-to-win, dying, etc. when all I want to hear about is the tank.

IMO the 4202(P) is a cracking tank - it shares joint top-spot as one of my go to Medium tanks.  Also makes silver hand-over-fist.  It's big brother it also pretty good - prefer it over the CAX.
